Booking
Booking may be made by telephone, fax, email or by the online booking system. A deposit is not required, however, a credit card will guarantee your booking. We require your credit card number, expiry date and security code. We accept cash in sterling, VISA, mastercard, switch, delta, euro card, Amex and diners. A cheque with guarantee card and travellers cheques in sterling is also acceptable.

Cancellations
Less than 24 hours of cancellation incurs a cost of one nights stay.

Check in/Check out
Check in is from 2pm.
Check out is by 11am.
=> If guests require to check in/check out outwith these times then this must be requested at reception.

Damage to hotel property/loss of keys
Any charges incurred for damage to hotel property or for loss of keys must be settled at reception prior to departure.
