The Osbourne Hotel is a privately owned establishment. The Hotel is a 19th century Georgian Townhouse. The Osbourne hotel has recently been refurbished and styled. This quality accommodation includes new carpets, new curtains, modern bathrooms and newly painted walls.

2. Disabled arrangements
The Osbourne Hotel is entered by steps from street level making it unsuitable for some disabled people. There is a lift for access to the upper floors in the hotel.

3. Other FAQs
A. Cot - there is a limited number of cots so please give advance warning so that we can reserve you one. The cot is provided free of charge.
B. Hairdryer/Iron/Ironing Board s can be borrowed from reception.
C.Internet - Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in the TV Lounge.
D. Local information - please enquire at reception, leaflets on local attractions and maps are available for your perusal.
E. A vending machine is available in the reception area.
F. There is a hotel safe where valuables can be stored.
G. Taxis can be ordered at reception.
H. Wake up phone calls can be ordered at reception.

4. Parking Facilities
There is no parking outside the Osbourne Hotel. There are 2 multi-storey national car parks within 5 minutes from the guest house.

5. Pet Policy
No pets are allowed apart from guide dogs.

6. Smoking Policy
The Osbourne Hotel has a no smoking policy and this applies to all bedrooms and public rooms.
